Middle School Scholar bowl scheduled for tonight, Tues. Jan 23, at Mid Buchanan has been postponed to Tuesday Jan 30.
Due to icy road conditions, Lathrop R II School District is closed today, Tuesday, January 23. This day will not be made up.
Due to extreme cold temperatures, Lathrop R II will be closed Tuesday, January 16, 2024. This day will be made up on Monday, January 29, 2024.
Due to inclement weather, the Lathrop R II School District will not be in school today, Friday, January 12, 2024.
Happy New Year 8th grade students/parents . A reminder that when we return back to school we will be in the 3rd quarter/2nd semester. If you are taking Algebra 1 or Intro to Agriculture at the high school; you can be dropped off at the high school by a parent, you can get off from your bus route at the high school, or or you can take the 7:35am shuttle from the elementary school to the high school. Doors to the high school open at 7:25am and classes start at 7:50am. I look forward to seeing everyone soon!

A friendly reminder that tonight is the LHS Homecoming Powder Puff game and Boys Class Dance Performances. The festivities start at 7:00 and the gates open at 6:45. This is a fundraiser for our LHS student council so activity passes will not be accepted. Thank you.

If you preordered mums from our district mum sale, they are ready for pickup at the high school greenhouse, which is located on the northwest corner of the school.
You can pick them up today until 4:30. We have about 60 extra mums for sale for $20/mum. First come first serve.

Nike Products Are Now On the Lathrop Storefront. Nike has officially been added to the online store and a password is now required for all shoppers. Nike requires us to implement this password. This means the school community (coaches, teachers, students, parents, other) now need to use a password to shop. The password is simply our school’s mascot – all lower-case letters.

The middle school doors open and breakfast begins at 7:35am.
1st hour begins at 7:58am.
School dismisses at 3:42 for bus riders and 3:48 for car riders and walkers.
