ENROLLMENT AND REGISTRATION

NEW Students

If you are NEW to the Lathrop School District, WELCOME! Click here to get started. Once approved, you will receive an email with instructions to complete the process.

  1. A parent or guardian must set up a PowerSchool account. See below for help.

  2. From your parent account, click Forms and select the Enrollment tab.

    • New students have 12 forms to complete:

      • A. Student Demographics

      • B. Student Address - requires proof of residency upload

      • C. Birth Verification - requires birth certificate upload

      • D. Student Contacts

      • E. Home Language Survey

      • F. Student Services History

      • G. Previous Enrollment and Records Release

      • H. Migrant Worker Questionnaire

      • 1. Health Authorizations

      • 2. Health Conditions

      • 3. Permissions/Agreements

      • 4. Residency Survey

  3. Complete the Optional Registration Forms only if you need to update your student's missing or incorrect information or for a specific request.

RETURNING Students

If you have a student who is RETURNING to the District, complete the following steps:

  1. A parent or guardian must have a PowerSchool account. See below for help.

  2. From your parent account, click Forms and select the Enrollment tab.

    • Returning students have 4 forms to complete:

      • 1. Health Authorizations

      • 2. Health Conditions

      • 3. Permissions/Agreements

      • 4. Residency Survey

  3. Complete the Optional Registration Forms only if you need to update your student's missing or incorrect information or for a specific request.
